Create enclosures for non-libsyn URLs

If you are trying to use PodTrac or another outside service that will redirect people to your file on libsyn, follow steps 1-3, otherwise, skip directly to step 4'

1. login to libsyn, go to the media tab, click 'upload', and upload your file
2. click the file name, then click the ' enclosure' link in the file info pane on the left
3. copy the enclosure tag
4. click the 'publish' tab, select “I want to publish a 'text/blog post'”
5. enter your show title, notes, category, etc
6. Click 'Additional Options' to expand, and go down to the 'Extra RSS Tags' option
7. Paste your enclosure tag there, (if you're using PodTrac, or something similar, update the URL part of the tag to reflect the URL with the PodTrac prefix), then save the post
