Splitfeed

Libsyn's Splitfeed technology allows users to create multiple feeds from their libsyn account. It is done using the categories that are set when a post is made. For example, let's say i have two types of podcasts, rock and pop, (or mp3 and m4v, or cats and dogs). If I want to make a post to the rock feed, i set the category to 'rock' when i create the post. If I want to make a post to the pop feed, i set the category to 'pop' when i create that post.

Then, if I want listeners to access only my shows on rock, they subscribe to this feed URL: http://myusername.libsyn.com/rss/rock

and if I want listeners to access only my shows on pop, then they subscribe to this feed URL: http://myusername.libsyn.com/rss/pop

If I want listeners to get every show no matter what type it is, then they subscribe to this feed: http://myusername.libsyn.com/rss
